The river view was beautiful, but the check-in process was very frustrating.

The river view was a beautiful sight.
I was devastated by the noise from neighboring rooms, making it impossible to relax. The walls felt like they were made of paper, allowing every sound to seep through. Also, the cleanliness of the common areas was disappointing, as they appeared neglected during my stay.

Not great service but comfy stay
We checked in and the front desk was super stressed. took a while to get our room. Paid for a riverview, but it was mostly blocked. Clean room, though! The bar was a cool hangout spot with nice staff. A lil coffee in the morn would’ve been great, and we were bummed that the hot tub was closed.

The views from the room are remarkable, offering a decent glimpse of the river that feels truly refreshing. The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shopping options, allowing easy access to local amenities within a short walk.
Unfortunately, the experience was tainted by a prolonged check-in delay, with my arrival at 4 PM resulting in a 90-minute wait until I was informed my reservation was unexpectedly canceled due to overbooking.

I loved my stay, especially the beautiful river view from my room and the cozy balcony where I could chill and sip coffee. The relaxing pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up—the rugs had a bit of an odd scent, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 🌟

The room was spacious with a nice balcony for fresh air. Loved the flat-screen TV and the Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. The spa facilities were relaxing, and I appreciated the refrigerator for snacks. Good convenience nearby for dining and shopping. Overall, a nice peaceful spot.

Sweet Waters restaurant has delicious dishes that hit the spot after a long day of exploring. Plus, the staff are super friendly, making you feel like family. The river view from my room was also a dream, perfect for sipping coffee while the sun rises!
My experience was a real bummer—when I finally arrived, I was told my reservation was canceled due to overbooking! I ended up stuck in football traffic at a hotel next to a loud stadium, which was definitely not the vibe I was looking for.

Just a reliable pick for a brief visit in Eugene with definitely value for money. The staff was friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. Be prepared for some noise from neighbors though.

missingWrote a review on Jul 06nice bedspleasant aromanoisy environmentlack of amenitiesuncomfortable pillows
The room was spacious, with nice beds and linens, along with a pleasant lobby aroma. However, tree removal in the courtyard made for a very noisy stay with chainsaw and wood chipper sounds throughout the day. The room also lacked a microwave, and the pillows didn’t quite suit our needs. While the stay met most basic requirements, the noise was bothersome.
